After surface coating treatment, it has excellent alkali resistance and aging resistance. It is widely used in the reinforcement of asphalt pavement, cement concrete pavement and subgrade; Both hard pavement and flexible pavement can be applied. Compared with traditional pavement, it can reduce cost, prolong service life and prevent road reflection cracks. Glass fiber geogrid can also be used for the reinforcement of soft soil such as railway, airport, water conservancy, dam and road base.

Slow reflection crack
The reflection crack is caused by the stress concentration in the asphalt overlay above the old concrete surface caused by the large displacement near the joint or crack. It includes the horizontal displacement caused by the change of temperature and humidity and the vertical shear displacement caused by traffic load. The former causes more concentrated tensile stress in the asphalt overlay above the joint or crack; The latter makes the asphalt overlay above the joint subject to large bending tensile stress and shear stress.
Because the modulus of geogrid is very large, reaching 67gpa, it is applied in the asphalt overlay as a hard interlayer with high stiffness. Its function is to relieve stress and release strain. At the same time, it is used as the reinforcement material of asphalt concrete to improve the tensile and shear capacity of the overlay structure, so as to reduce cracks. The practice shows that the corresponding crack energy of a horizontal crack with changed direction can move 0.6m from its starting point, and the reinforced material with a width of more than 1.5m helps to ensure the complete dissipation of energy on both sides of the crack.
Construction method Glass Fiber Geogrid
1. Preparation:
Complete all joint filling, pit filling, foundation reinforcement and leveling layer laying.

The road surface must be clean and dry with a temperature between 5 ℃ and 60 ℃.
3. Product preparation
