The advantages of applying geogrid in road engineering are as follows: (1) increase the integrity of subgrade, improve the bearing capacity of subgrade and prolong its service life. When laying geogrids, the direction of force is required to be perpendicular to the axis direction of the roadbed to ensure smoothness, tension, no bulge, and overlap according to the design width.
