Polyethylene Geomembrane Description
Geomembranes, often referred to as geomembrane liners, are impermeable membranes used in conjunction with rocks or earth to block fluid migration in man-made structures. These geomembranes are usually made of synthetic polymers in sheets ranging from 0.2 to 2.0 mm thick. Geomembranes are made of various materials such as Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE), High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and Polypropylene (PP).
